Shipping & Delivery

Returns

You can return the purchased products within 15 days of delivery, upon written communication by email or by registered letter to the addresses below. The products must be shipped in less than 5 days of the communication. The reimbursement for the purchase will take place in 14 days from the receipt of the render request. The delivery costs for returning the products are charged to the customer and will not be refunded.
